General Information
Ordering Tickets:
1. Walk-up: A customer may purchase tickets at the Ticket Office at Ryan Field during regular office hours, provided that the tickets for that sport are on sale. Regular office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Summer hours (May, June, July) are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Ticketmaster outlets also carry Northwestern Football and Men's Basketball tickets.
2. Mail: A customer may place a ticket order through the mail by filling out a ticket order form, and returning that form with their check or credit card information to the Northwestern Athletic Ticket Office.
3. Telephone: A customer may place an order by telephone through the Ticket Office with a VISA, MasterCard or American Express. The credit card will be charged immediately and the tickets will be mailed to the customer at least two - three weeks prior to the event or the customer may pick up the tickets at Will Call. If it is 10 days or less before the event, all tickets will be held in Will Call. If a customer does not have a VISA, MasterCard or American Express, they may call Ticketmaster at (312) 559-1212 to order with another credit card.
Will Call:
Will Call is defined as tickets left by the Athletic Department, tickets purchased via the mail or phone orders that were not mailed. The Athletic Ticket Office will not accept third party Will Call. Will Call is generally available during regular business hours at the Ryan Field Main Ticket Office at 1501 Central Street. Guests must present a photo ID to pick up tickets. Tickets must be under the name of the person who will pick them up. If there is a need to change the Will Call name, the guest must contact Will Call prior to game day via fax or email (847.491.7886 or cat-tix@northwestern.edu).

2008-09 Undergraduate Student Athletic Ticket Policies
Full-Time Undergraduate Students who have paid their tuition will have an opportunity to attend all home Northwestern regular-season athletic contests with presentation of their valid Northwestern WildCARD ID. Students must present a valid WildCARD for admittance -- SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS. All seating is general admission*; there are a limited number of student seats. If general public seating for football and men's basketball is sold out and student tickets remain, tickets will be released for public sale beginning 15 minutes before kickoff for football and 15 minutes before tip-off for men's basketball. Students will continue to be admitted on an availability basis until seating is exhausted.
*NU Athletics reserves the right to enforce reserved seating if crowd control or safety issues dictate the necessity.

2008 Graduate Student Ticket Order Form
Tickets may be purchased on a season or individual game basis and will be located in Sections 135-136. The price for a ticket to the Syracuse, Southern Illinois and Ohio University game is $15, and a ticket to a Big Ten game is $25. Unfortunately, season and individual game tickets will not be seated together. Discounted tickets must be purchased in advance; these rates are NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE GAME.
Men's Basketball
All graduate (full and part-time), part-time students, and spouses of students (graduate and undergraduate) may purchase tickets for a deeply discounted rate! (Students are limited to four tickets per game for use by the student and immediate family). Tickets may be purchased on a season or individual game basis and will be located in Sections 208. Season and individual game tickets will not be seated together. Discounted tickets must be purchased in advance; the discounted rates are NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE GAME. Group outings are a great way to get co-workers, family or friends together for a fun-filled day of Wildcat Athletics! Group seating/rates* are available for home games in baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball, football, lacrosse volleyball, and wrestling.

2008 Football Group Rates*
Plan a group outing to a Wildcat football game and you will receive a discount off the single-game ticket price. All groups must have 50 or more people to be eligible for the discount. Syracuse, Southern Illinois and Ohio University: $15 for sideline seats; Michigan, Purdue and Illinois: $25 for sideline seats (there are no group rates for the Ohio State game). Baseball, Women's Basketball, Lacrosse, Volleyball, and Wrestling Group Rates* Groups of 15 or more fans can get everyone in for $2 per person.

Tickets for Baseball, Volleyball and Wrestling are sold only at the door on the day of the event (cash only). Tickets are general admission and are $7 for adults and $4 for senior 65 & older, faculty/staff, children 17 and under or students from other Universities with a valid student ID. Northwestern students will be admitted free with a valid WILDCARD ID. The Box Office at the respective venues will open approximately one (1) hour prior to the game.
Address Changes
If there is a change of address, it is the owner's responsibility to notify, in writing, the Northwestern University Athletic Ticket Office. Address changes can be made via fax, email or by mailing in the new address. Payment for Tickets
The Northwestern University Athletic Ticket Office accepts payment through cash, check, money order, and credit card (American Express, MasterCard and VISA only). Full payment must be received at the time of the order. Any check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seats. In order to provide the best service possible to all of our customers, deadline dates listed on applications are absolute and final. Customers that miss the deadline dates are subject to loss of seating assignments and tickets. There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned check and your account will be reviewed for a possible loss of an active status for purchasing future tickets.
Mailing of Tickets
All tickets ordered, unless otherwise requested, will be mailed via first class mail. Season tickets are sent via 2 day UPS approximately 3 weeks prior to the first game. All orders that are placed ten (10) days or less prior to the game will be held at WILL CALL and can be picked up with a photo ID at the Athletic Ticket Office, located near Gate K at the south end of Ryan Field, starting three hours before game time (for football). Men's Basketball tickets may be picked up at the Welsh-Ryan Arena Box Office starting 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Plan on arriving early to avoid delays. WILL CALL remains open throughout football games.
The Stadium Club is the premier area in which to entertain clients, business associates and friends. The club, which is located on the first level of the Leonard B. Thomas Press Box, features elevator service, catered meals, snacks and beverage service, private restrooms, coatroom, television monitors, piped-in crowd noise, reserved parking and more.
The Wildcat Den, located under the press box, offers the opportunity for fans to be outside for the games but protected from the elements. Specific amenities include comfortable theater- style seats, at-seat concession service, radiant heat, windscreen and more.
The Box Seats are located on the East and West sides between rows 16-21 and span the 20-yard lines. The seats replicate those in the Wildcat Den. The boxes alternate between boxes of four seats and boxes of eight to accommodate corporate and family needs. (SOLD OUT - wait list available.)
Full-Time Undergraduate Students must present their WildCARD at Gate T only for admission. The gate will open 90 minutes before kickoff. WildCARD admission is valid only for the student section (Sections 132 - 136). Seating is general admission within the student section. The student section is limited to full-time undergraduate students only. First-come, first-served, while seating lasts. Day of game admission only.
Full-Time Undergraduate Students must present their WildCARD for admission. The gate will open 90 minutes before tip-off. WildCARD admission is valid only for the student section (all of sections 115, 116, 216, 208 and rows D and higher in sections 107, 108, 109). Seating is general admission within the student section. The student section is limited to full-time undergraduate students only. First-come, first-served, while seating lasts. Day of game admission only.
All other regular-season Northwestern intercollegiate athletic events remain free of charge to Northwestern students with a valid WildCARD.
