Big Ten Network Provides Wildcat Fall Sports Unprecedented Coverage

EVANSTON, Ill. -- In its first months on the air, the Big Ten Network provided Northwestern's fall sports with unprecedented coverage during the 2007 season. Seven football games and 10 Olympic sport matches were televised by the network while several athletes and coaches were featured and interviewed. The Big Ten Network captured many of the great moments of the 2007 fall season. Click the link above to watch the season in review. During the fall season, seven Northwestern football games were televised by the network. Men's soccer had four matches televised while volleyball appeared three times, women's soccer twice and field hockey once. Representatives from field hockey, men's soccer and women's soccer appeared in the Big Ten Network studios and senior Justin Pines was featured for his dual-sport weekend.
