EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern golfers Ina Kim (Encino, Calif./Harvard-Westlake) and Kelly Robb (Concord, Mass./Middlesex School) were named to the National Golf Coaches Association Division I All-America Scholar teams on Wednesday.

Criteria for selection to the All-America Scholar team are some of the most stringent in college athletics. The student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have competed in at least 66 percent of the college's regularly scheduled rounds during the year.

Kim ranked second in team scoring with a 76.36 average this past year. She notched four top-10 finishes to go along with three additional top-20 showings. Kim placed a career-best second at the Mountain View Collegiate in March.

Robb, who earned All-America Scholar honors last year as a freshman, closed the year with a 79.42 average. Her top finish came at the Lady Buckeye Invitational where she placed 20th.

Both Kim and Robb played in all 11 of Northwestern's tournaments this year.

Since the program's inception in 1993, Northwestern has received 12 All-America Scholar citations, all under the direction of head coach Chris Regenberg.
