Eight Wildcat Programs Recognized by NCAA for Top APR
On Thursday, April 24, eight Northwestern teams were honored by the NCAA with public recognition awards for their latest multi-year Academic Progress Rate scores, covering the time period between 2003-07.

Men's tennis is one of eight programs earning public recognition from the NCAA for its high cumulative APR.

Sam Nemecek placed eighth in the foil in her third NCAA appearance.

Northwestern Finishes Seventh at NCAA Championships
Northwestern earned a seventh-place finish in the women's competition at the 2008 NCAA Fencing Championships hosted by Ohio State University. Junior Sam Nemecek earned the Wildcats' top finish, placing eighth in the foil to earn the third All-America honor of her career.

Natalie Wang will represent the Wildcats in the foil.
