EVANSTON, Ill. -- ESPN2 will be airing a recap of the 2007 Men's Swimming and Diving Championships Tuesday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. CT. Northwestern had a spectacular weekend, claiming three NCAA titles and earning a sixth-place finish -- NU's highest team finish in the modern era.

On day one, the Wildcat quartet of Matt Grevers (Lake Forest, Ill./Lake Forest), Mike Alexandrov (Champaign, Ill./Centennial), Kyle Bubolz (Waukesha, Wis./Waukesha North) and Bruno Barbic (Zagreb, Croatia/V. Gymnazija) broke the NCAA record for the 400 medley relay (3:04.40) as they won Northwestern's first relay title since 1932.

The 'Cats took down another NCAA record on day two, as Alexandrov swam a new NCAA-record time of 51.56 to break Jeremy Linn's 10-year-old record in the 100 breast. The title was the senior's first individual title of his collegiate career.

On the final day of the Championships, Grevers won his third NCAA individual title with a dominating performance in the 200 back. The senior won the event by over two seconds with the fifth-fastest swim in the event's history (1:38.71).
