MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. - College of Charleston's Ricardo Diaz Granados scored two late goals to secure a 5-2 win over Northwestern at the Aaron Olitsky Memorial Classic. The Cougars (1-1) scored just two minutes into the contest when Keion Yearwood knocked a shot in the net from 12 yards out. Ben Hollingsworth and Troy Lesesne assisted on the play.

CC's Steve Loverso increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal in the 46th minute to close out the first half.

Northwestern (0-1-2) cut the margin to one with a goal at 52:36 after Brad Napper took a pass fromJaro Pylpczak and scored at 52:36, making it a 2-1 contest.

The Cougars promptly responded when Files netted the ball off the indirect kick from Sage Martina at 59:39. NU cut the margin to one again when Gerardo Alvarez converted on a penalty kick at 63:35.

However, Granados added two insurance goals at 82:45 and 83:27 to put the Cougars up for good, 5-2.
