EVANSTON, Ill. -- The Big Ten Conference announced today that Northwestern and Michigan State will kick off at 2:30 p.m. at Ryan Field on Saturday, Oct. 11. ESPN2 is televising the game to a national cable audience.

Plenty of good seats are still available for this game. Tickets, which can be purchased online or by calling 847-491-CATS, are available for $50 (reserved) or $35 (end zone).

Northwestern (5-0) is off to its best start in 46 years. In 1962, when Northwestern attained a national ranking of No. 1, the Wildcats started 6-0. The Wildcats won last week's Big Ten opener at Iowa, 22-17.
