The following are employment opportunities within the Northwestern University Department of Athletics and Recreation.
Sales & Marketing
The Northwestern University Athletic Department hosts internship positions each quarter within the Sales & Marketing Department. Interns within the Sales & Marketing Department receive a comprehensive overview of all aspects of collegiate marketing including gameday operations, in-game promotions, event planning, ticket sales and other work as assigned. Internships are unpaid positions and are open to all undergraduate and graduate school students who need to fulfill part of their curriculum.
The internship schedule for upcoming quarters is as follows:

Media Services
Do you want to have the best seat in the house for football and basketball games? Are you a sports nut? Do you like to write? Are you work-study eligible? If the answer is yes to all those questions, then Media Services needs YOU! The media services office is looking for Northwestern students who are eligible for work-study. We expect you to help out in the press box at all home football and men's basketball games, as well as other events among our 19 total varsity sports. In addition, we expect you to help us in the office between 5-10 hours a week. If interested, call Julie Dunn at 847-467-3746 or email her at julie-dunn@northwestern.edu.
